Our shipping terms are stated
like followed:
Free Shipping
All prices displayed on this website do already include the shipping costs
for Economy shipping. Econmoy shipping will take your item in general
within 3 - 4 weeks to your shipping address. If you like it faster - which
means Express - costs more but will do within 2 weeks. Therefore please
contact us before or after you placed your order, or mentioned it while
placing the order within the section "your notice to us". Please
always compare prices to other online shops since it makes a big difference
if the total costs include the shipping costs or not.
We ship directly form Germany
All products on this website are shipped worldwide directly from Germany.
This will result in a much better bargin (cheaper product price) for you
but also in a little waiting time. Since most of the US based cuckoo clock
vendors do sell there clocks on pre-order status - which means that once
you bought it, the vendor will order it by himself form the German Manufacturer
- it will be the same for you.
We do all the neccessary paper work
The costs for shipping are already included in our prices. So once you
buy the clock all costs are covered like shipping & handling &
insurance - except the customs duty.
Once you placed your order - you will be informed via email about the
order status and once the clock is submitted. Your confirmation email
that your clock is shipped will contain the shipping confirmation, the
tracking no # and some additional information for set-up instructions
and when the clock arrives damaged.
Insurance
Your item will always be covered to the full price. This means once the
item arrives damaged - you can ship the item back and will get a new one
without any additional costs. The insurance will be covered by the insurance
department and the shipping costs will be covered by us.
To claim an insurance issue please contact us immediately after you
received the broken / damaged piece in order to proceed with the exchange
process. You will either get detailed informations about the claiming
process with your shipping confirmation email or after you instructed
us about the damaged arrival of the goods.
